Yep! Thank-you so much, worked perfectly. Took about one minute on my 2009 C300. I was at the MB dealership Saturday (yesterday) with a friend that picked up his new CLS 450 so while he was busy with paper stuff I walked into the service area with my minor window problem not closing completely and not auto-raising with the second click stage. The lady manager said they might have to take the door apart etc. At $165.00 per hour I said that could end up being a $1000.00 Maybe, she said. But then added perhaps it just needs to be "normalized". How much I asked Well at least an hour billed, again $165.00. No thanks, I thought and left. Thank-you again.

This actually worked!! (2014 e350 coupe) I just turned the car off, turn it on the accessory mode without turning the car on, then with the window all the way up, I just held the switch up for 10-20 seconds. Worked for me thanks a lot!!

Thank you! This worked on the second attempt. I had the car turned off on the first attempt. Second attempt I had the car turned on. I rolled the window up and held it for 10 seconds, released the switch after slightly down I held the switch up again for 7 seconds. This procedure worked for me. Thank you!
