How to Fix Black Screen High Contrast on Windows 10 Laptop And PC Tutorial

Turn high contrast mode on or off in Windows.
In Windows, you can use themes to help make your desktop feel a little more personal.
High Contrast themes improves readability of the display by applying a special system color scheme.
This tutorial will apply for computers, laptops, desktops,and tablets running the Windows 10 operating system (Home, Professional, Enterprise, Education) from all supported hardware manufactures, like Dell, HP, Acer, Asus, Toshiba,Lenovo, and Samsung).
