Thankz a lot! It worked for me too. Now is installing windows. Later a try to connect again de wifi card because the notebook is of a client.

Hi after downloading windows 10 and installing on my laptop do i have to put the wifi broad com card back in again? Otherwise how will i be connecting to internet again. Please help me. Fed up with my computer

Hello, I recomand that you buy a new Wi-Fi adapter, because first of all the current adapter might still not work due to driver issue, and second you will have to remove the adapter everytime you reinstall Windows. If it is easier, you can buy a usb Wi-Fi adapter

Salut, nu am lăsat noua placă. Nu am testat ce se întâmplă dacă pun placa veche înapoi, dar nu are rost să fac asta pentru că la următoarea instalare ar fi trebuit să repet procedura.

Hello I have a samsung rv511 and I have the same problem, so all u do is remove the wifi card inside the laptop right? And windows 10 should install. Do I have to leave the wifi card out and buy a different 1 or use a wireless internet dongle? Or can I put the old wifi card back in once windows 10 has installed?

Hello, If you put the old WiFi card back after installing Windows, everytime you reinstall the OS you have to remove the card again and again. So I will recommend you to buy a new WiFi card, maybe WiFi 6 compatible. Why not?

@@snakeyuk you're welcome. I would recommend you buy an external USB WiFi card, so that you can use it on another laptop ( when you decide to buy a new one) or even on a Desktop PC. And as I said you should buy one with WiFi 6 so that you will be able to transfer data at Gigabit speed if the router allows you to. If you buy an internal WiFi card, that card may not be compatible with the new laptop, and also you would need to disassemble the new laptop to use it (which is highly not recommend)

hi , plz help , when i try to install Win 10 to my Samsung RF510 i have an error ,like this, error code:0x80072F8F - 0x2000. You think is from wifi card or what? thanks!!!!

Hello, as far as I could find out, the error message which you receive is related to Media Creation Tool. As a solution I recomand to download the full ISO file of Windows 10 21H2 from here: www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10ISO and create a bootable USB stick using Rufus, which can be downloaded from here: rufus.ie/en/ Also, in order to prevent you from getting stuck in the installation process, I recomand removing the Wi-Fi adapter and replace it with a USB Wi-Fi adapter

If it's a new Wi-Fi card there is no reason why it should not work

@@eilvinest8359 I see that there are drivers for that Wi-Fi card for Windows 10 both 32-bit and 64-bit versions. So it should work fine

Unfortunately no, you have to remove it. And you can't put it back because you will have the same issue next time you try to install Windows 10

@@MadalinCristianRO Actually I reconnected it back after installation and system still works fine. Perhaps latest version of Win10 has supported drivers.

@@addyfalcon3656 you can put the Wi-Fi adapter back in the laptop and it will work fine. But the next time you will want to install Windows, you will have to remove it again.
