Cool and helpful video. Its a common problem with all brands of fully automatic espresso machines. Bad design. I hope you set the grinder back to about 2 or 3 for espresso because you will get a better crema.

I have the same machine. The coffee grounds don’t fall into the container, but all over the place. When the maxhine was new the grounds would form a circular clump and fall neatly into the grounds container. What can I do to get the grounds to form correctly again?

I believe your large red O ring on the press and possibly the removable bit is faulty. They wear out over time.
