Cyberpunk 2077 2.11 crashing after i updated to latest. (watch the guide to FIX !!!!)
I did experience this and try reinstalling the game but still games crash. in this 2.11 update that's why I share with you how i fixed this,
I found out what's causing this are drivers of nvidia which you need to uninstall completely and reinstall the new updated. also cpu chipset must be updated.and with all the Microsoft Visual ++ x64 and x86 2010,2012,2013, and 2015 must be reinstall or updated.

Maybe missed a part but when do you install the nvidia driver that you installed where you said not yet (2:48), at the end?

dude same my game has been crashing for the last 3 days with the flatline error everytime i try and load into a save. I've tried just about everything, I have even totally wiped my pc and installed a fresh instance of Windows 10. I'm getting the feeling that the latest 2.11 update must have messed some optimization up and is causing the game to crash when you are loaded in. I just find that strange because my pc was able to run the game on high settings before, and now it wont even work on low settings.

@@se0ngju ran into the same thing I looked at the recent negative reviews on steam everyone said it’s the patch that came out yesterday and it makes sense my game started crashing after I updated it

@@Royalkm5 I actually just found a guy who may have had a fix. Apparently, (regardless of if your pc can handle it) turn off ray tracing. He said the crashes stopped after that. It’s too late tonight for me to try it out but it might work.

flatlined error is occur for me when i add car mod when i delete tweak files its run normally

for mods sometimes it is normal, but vanilla with crashing issue is the real pain.

@spacecowboy3288 unsure as the game works for me after several attempts at fixes, my case may be different though as I found out my gog was installing the legacy patch I must've set at some point.

Your tutorial was very helpful. I was able to enter the game without any problems such as (flatline error). But when I played the game I realized, I was playing using only the CPU.And my GPU disappeared from the omen gaming hub. And when I installed GPU again, the game doesn't run

I owned the game on PS5 and recently purchase a gaming laptop, Bravo 15 C7V, great for gaming besides the mid 500GB storage which isn't an issue since I put my ssd from the PS5 in the Laptop. I bought Cyberpunk 2077 after seeing the immersive mods and car mods. Tell me why I bought it at $39.99 Steam Sale and this game did not work. I saw older fixes asking to reinstall blah blah blah yeah if I owned it for a while but its brand new. Then I see that its an update bug causing this issue. I hope its fixed soon

I got a Ray tracing initialization error and struggled to fix it for two days. Finally I managed to get rid of it and managed to boot up the game. I played for 30 minutes but didn't save because I had to leave for work and I juywanted to see if I could get it working. Came back and boot up the game and immediately got this flatline error... This game is fucking garbage in everyway. Anyone telling me the game is better now is a fucking liar.

Thanks for the inputs. i'm on windows 11 got this issue, i will try to test to downgrade from win10 coz some says new updates for win11 are causing the problem. but when i uninstall completely all the cpu and gpu drivers i can manage to play now for days without flatline error. hope CDPR will get notified with this.
