I think so many people would benefit from dustings, but most of my new clients when I ask, have never heard of it! It’s a process of going through the hair and barely trimming the ends of not just the length of the hair, but also any broken pieces, giving them a fresh start as well. You will be shocked at how much it helps, and is barely noticeable as far as taking length off. I don’t know why so many hair stylists don’t bring it up with their clients. I wouldn’t even say it takes that much time, and it does wonders for the hair! Also, these are great products, some of my favorites! Love the Olaplex line!

BlackThornRose127 I actually started doing this on myself after watching a stylist do it. I using just do the top layer of my hair from where I part it and my face framing pieces. It’s made a huge difference.

I appreciate the videos you post. I'm a bit older than you, but still find your tips and tricks beneficial to me. Being a blonde and living in Az its hard to keep my hair looking good. I've always been nice to my hair, but have given up recently. Also, been keto for a year, down 95lbs and the hair loss has made me sad. I'm going to implement some of these into my routine. Already purchased the oil, next is a trim! Thank you Brianna for your insight on all of this!

Sounds like you have a pretty good lineup! I know all about that struggle to be super light blonde while also trying to keep your hair healthy. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND trying Lanza trauma treatment! That stuff has transformed my hair. I swear it’s a miracle in a bottle. ❤️

This was super informative!!! I’m about to go back icy blonde. I had to cut my hair the same length as yours over a year ago because when I tried to go icy blonde my hair was so damaged. Now I know what to buy and how to take care of it this time around.

Your hair looks great! I had to cut mine too after some serious damage from hair extensions and you’re right. It’s the only option when your hair is damaged! Now I feel like my hair is a lot fuller and thicker. I need to try that Olaplex smoothing treatment.

The Moroccan oil hair spray is absolutely amazing! I use it on my clients and myself all the time it’s the absolute best I swear by it! Medium strength is seriously the perfect amount and doesn’t make your hair crunchy! Ugh it’s so amazing and the texture spray by Moroccan oil is amazing as well! You should try that. Honestly all Moroccan oil products are amazing! If you go to the Scissori salon and spa, I work there. They sell Moroccan oil in your area, tell them I sent you there 😉

Yellow Spoon. Totally agree. I'm a brunette, and have been colouring my hair for so long I can't actually remember what my original colour was 😬. 95% of the time the colouring has been ok, but occasionally there's been the odd disaster 😮.

Definitely going to try this routine you have got going for you. I’m going for highlights on 9 July and I wanna get my hair done exactly like yours. My hair is really not bad damage but I want to keep it under control. I really like the way you party in the middle but I’m always parted it to the side. I noticed you did as well. Was it hard to get use of parting your hair down the middle? Did it feel funny at first?? You look great by the way!!! I love all of your videos! ✨😊💗🥰💗😊✨

Thank you for your detailed video, I just came from the salon and have been crying bcuz of how much my hair is broken & how short it is when she took my extensions out that I’ve been wearing extensions for 2 years cuz my hair is so embarrassing & I can’t even have them out at all, I made a list and am buying every single one of these products, again thank you from the heart 💜

My stylist got me onto Olaplex back in October :) Another stylist at my salon uses No. 6 like a leave-in, so I started doing that, too. It makes my hair so soft and not greasy at all. I shampoo my hair 1-2 times/week as well, and I think it's because of the bleach. My hair used to be so oily I couldn't go three days without cleansing, and now it's like day 5 or 6 😁

Love Olaplex products! They truly make a huge difference in my hair! That #3 once a week makes my hair feel so HEALTHY! My hair has been extremely damaged in the past due to coloring/lightening, blow drying excessively, straightening at too high of a temp, etc. I want to try that Pureology spray!

Have you ever used Joico purple shampoo? How would you compare batiste to klorane? You should try the Moroccan Oil texture spray for your curls.

You should try the Moroccan Oil dry shampoo for light tones! Truly amazing when I used to be blonde. I’ve since went back to my 100% natural hair color and don’t mess with coloring/lightening my hair anymore. Too much maintenance for me. I’m a very low maintenance and don’t have the time or money to spend on my hair.

The pureology blonde shampoo is booomb too. I wanted to get the kerestase one but they don’t sell that at the pro beauty supply stores I get all my hair stuff at and I can’t pay that much lol when I can get liters for $40!!

I use almost all of the same products, especially the Olaplex and Kerastase Blond Absolu line. I also recommend a Brazilian Blowout at a reputable salon. Pricey, but worth it!

Kérastase is great, but I can't afford more than one product... What really makes an extreme difference in my hair is the "Cerment Thermique" heat protection! I love it!! It smoothes the hair and gives it a nice texture at the same time!

if anyone wants a dupe naissant on amazon has 2 incredible purple masks one is more blue for dark hair w/ blonde highlights n the other one for all blonde/icy hair n omg it makes my hair so smooth n soft i keep it on for 15-20 min sometimes longer...they have shampoos but the treatment mask is the bomb

I bleached my hair about 10 times (lower parts) en upper parts 4 times. I saw a picture from my behind and it looked awful. I have thick hair which can handle bleach but I guess not that much. Unfortunately my hair turns orange so I need bleach

'Bonds' in hair are broken when using chemicals to color/perm/heat. These 'bonding' products help repair the broken bond (damaged hair) by putting keratin/protein back into hair.

I love the color. I have a question about foundation. I have been noticing that at the end of the day and actually middle of the day I have a gray look to my face. Not sure why. Nancy Ruks it might be your powder or something. Might even be your foundation oxidizing. Try a yellow based foundation :)

You should add a bit of toner to your olaplex , or your conditioner instead of 2 shampoos

I use a moisturizing coconut blonde purple shampoo and it doesn't dry out my hair and keeps it healthy and soft

instead of purple shampoo i recommend making a purple hair mask. i mix girls light in with my fav conditioner and leave it on there for 30 min! i find it works better than any shampoo

I'm a hairstylist and I tried olaplex for a treatment once on my hair and it made it feel like straw, I personally am not a fan of it, and I'm mostly blonde fyi, but a lot of people do like it including stylists

Courtney Saurborn I don’t like olaplex either. It makes my bleached, fine/ thin hair break and fall out. Do you know of something that will work instead of the olaplex?

@@BLMHBLMH I tried Matrix's Bond Ultim8 , which I thought was way better! U can use it in your bleach or as a treatment, just the same as olaplex.

I use olaplex shampoo and conditioner and I don’t see much of a difference. I have long bleached hair and I have tried so many things. I don’t wash my hair everyday about twice a week. I use a leave in spray from pureology and then a gloss oil from Kendra. I also use so soft by redken, I alternate between that and olaplex. My hair isn’t damaged but it’s not soft and it’s frizzy. I just have naturally frizzy hair in general. I also straighten my hair maybe once a week and I only air dry.

I’ve dark hair but dye it blonde it’s really hard to keep the right shade & hella expensive.but I love blonde, I’ve all these products and they cost a fortune! Men have such an easy life lol

Just a tip - when you get out of the shower, don't comb/brush through your hair until you have at least a leave-in in. It will help your comb/brush to glide through easily, without potenitally catching the hair and ripping it :) - hairstylist

I love olaplex but I don’t like the shampoo & conditioner.. I find them very drying.! It’s not a conditioner. It’s a bond builder. I think your wasting your money on them. Olaplex 1,2&3 Are the most critical to gain healthy hair. 😉 love ya though gorgeous & your vids are amaazing..! Your hair is looking amaazing..
