already did all the steps, but the refresh rate i set it to only 90fps bcs the display that my phone can only support that, but whenever i open the wild rift it only show 60fps all over again

The issue is.. maybe your phone supports 90 fps yes but, maybe it's only for the screen display as for when browsing and watching videos only, because the processor can't handle gaming on 90 fps.
