Usually a garden sprayer with a stuck trigger or a sprayer that is always spraying is because the button assembly is either stuck in the downwards position or up position. It is also common for the internal spring to rust and or break which would make the sprayer inoperable. Luckily, it is very easy to remove the button trigger assembly and replace the spring if necessary. If the spring is in tact, it is still a good idea to clean any gunk you have on the button, check the O-rings to ensure they are not cracked. Lastly, spray a lubricant either WD-40 or Fluid Film which work great at keeping the garden sprayer spraying well.
