You have to remove the front bumper under their you'll see the connector make sure everything connect together

I had a u11e9 code and I took the ags out. When looked at the wires inside the plastic covering one was partially cut from the factory.

Is it ok to just have an AGS that stays open all the time. I don’t mind the check engine light. I’d rather not burn the $500 on replacement if don’t have to. Thoughts?

تسلم اخي علي استفدنا من الفيديو...انا سيارتي بعد تصليح الحادث وبعد فترة ظهرت عندي مشكلة check engine وعند الفحص ابلغوني بأن مشكلة في Active Grille Shutter وبعدها بأيام ظهر عندي المؤشر الحرارة الخارجي يظهر دون درجة صفر المئويه ويفصل المكيف... سؤال هل هذا المؤشر والمكيف له علاقة ب Active grille shutter..وخالص المحبة والمودة لكم من عُمان 🇴🇲

Alright so my engine light won't shut off due to this reason. So do I need to spend 300$ to fix it? Or is there a way to get it to work without having to spend so much on it? Is there a way to trick the sensor to make it think it's working without replacing it?

You have to cancel it by HP Tuner or you've to fix it did your car get on accident or what happened

@@AliGravi89 yeah accident I thought it wasn't bad until I realized I am missing like 4 of the shutters but there is still 4 on there. My fan also runs on high alot due to this. Is there away around replacing the 340$ part? I still have like 4 of the shutters connected I just don't know if the sensor is working by moving them.

@@AliGravi89 the bumper just had a small Crack and the grill broke. But now that my engine light turned on 5 months after the accident I realized there is peices of the grille inside broken.

It's just a car I use to drive back and forth to work. But my engine light is on now just for this 1 code. I'd rather find away around having to fix it. I tried clearing my engine light but it just turns right back on.

Yes or you have another problem you have to diagnose it to make sure what's wrong with it before touching anything

It wasn't working there was bad connection on driver side . And it was broken when starting car 🚗 on test mode get error and I get check engine light Both problem fixed

I think you have wire line lose or cut how's that happen you have a front accident or you hit something since when the check engine light came on
