Meri classic 350, bs3, 2012 model ab 1.50 lakh kilometres chal chuki hai and uska clutch plate aj bhi bilkul perfect hai. Aur gear shifting bhi bilkul smooth hai. Ye sab points jo apne abhi highlight kiye, in sab ka dhyan mein humesha se rakhta aya hu. Very nice and accurate information as always. Keep it up!

MISSED 1 POINT not properly lubing the chain also creates the hard gear shift. (Front sproket must be cleaned every 500km )

@@techten1012 just use regular engine oil. Because splendor has chain cover so there is less chances of dust getting inside.

Yes If I shift very casually it makes such loud noise but if done with authority and quickly then the sound is normal. Don't know why.

Mere paas RTR 200 4V hein 1910 km chal chuka hein .. jab mein 2 gear sey 3 gear par shift karta hun tak sey awaz ata hein.. Yeh koi problem hein ? Ya sab apache 200 mein yesa hi hein

Hello Bhai, meri bike me 2nd se 1st gear down shifting me kabhi aisa lagta hai jaise parts takra rhe hain. Mujhe lagta hai ki clutch properly disengage nai hua mere clutch poora press karne ke bavjood. Kya ye hard gearshift kehlati hai ? ( Meri gadi ki clutch hard ho gyi hai aur accelerator bhi jam hai. Mujhe next service me kya kya check karwana chahiye please btaiye)

Bro, when I turn off the bike, then shifting is easy between 1 -0- 2 and vice versa , but when the engine is on shifting is hard or sticky. My clutch is having 10 cm of play on leaver. Is it because chain tension?

bhai meri r15 v2 ke gear hard summer main 10/12 km chlne ke baad hard ho jate hai. motul ka oil fully syntic daalta hu hmesha. oil bhi pura hai. but jab bike thndi hoti hai gear smooth dlte hain. ye kyo hota hai

Service centre overtightened the chain, now i loosened it and corrected the alignment.. but the gear shifting is a bit hard😢.. clutch play is normal..

Bike ka Engine full new karwaya ha Gearbox,Gear Shaft, Clutch etc sab kuch ab Gear bht mushkil say wapis jaatay Or aysa lagta kay sai gear para nai ha wapisi ma bhi isi tarah masla ha... Neutral ki light bhi kabhi kabhi show hoti specially jab Gear lever ki back side ko duba k rakho tab .... kia yeh mechanic ka fault ha yaa New isi tarah hotaa... ? pehly shifting Neutral light sab 100% thi ....

Bike jab subah start karte hain tab start hone ke kuch seconds ke baad band ho jaati hai RPM normal 1500 hoti hai lekin 1000 se aage badh nahi paati aur daily RPM gauge rotate karne ke baad bhi koi faraq nahi padta RPM bhut zyada ho jatai hai lekin agle din phir kam ho jaati hai kya reason ho sakta hai aur kaise mechanic ko samjhayein?

Pulsar 220F bs4 h mere pass or mujhe lagta ki bike k gear shift.... or smooth hona chahiye thoda hard lagta ...mujhe..toh mtlb thoda hard rehta hi h... ya normal hai pr mujhe hi feel hora h... hard kiyu ki mai r15 k gear se compare kr rha

It happens when there's too much or too little of free play in clutch cable which doesn't let the clutch fully disengage when pulled in. Kindly adjust your clutch cables' free play correctly.

There will be hard shifting until when it changed from 1 to 2 after 2 nd it changes smoothly i try by best to control it It is continuing from 1 yr when i got the bike 😭
