I need a tilt ROD (not wand), and can't seem to find one on your website, or online. In my case, it's the 26" long nylon (not metal, unfortunately) square rod that runs all the way through the top of the blinds and then into the tilt mechanism. So, the wand turns the tilt mechanism, which turns the tilt ROD, which causes the blind slats to tilt. My tilt rod broke about an inch in from the end, just outside the tilt mechanism, so the slats no longer tilt using the wand. Temporarily, I can turn the rod around and it can still barely fit inside the mechanism, allowing the wand to tilt the slats, but I'm afraid it might slide out fairly easily.

Hi Mike, Thanks for your question. We don't carry those internal tilt rods. I’m not sure exactly where you might find replacements for those. Typically, tilt rods aren't available separately from the blind itself. You could try to contact the manufacturer to see if they can help if you haven't already done so. Keep in mind, some companies may refer you back to us. Otherwise, it might be time to replace the blinds.

I need to know why my 1" metal mini blinds will not tilt completely closed. The top slat hits the top rail and I cannot turn the tilter any further. There is still at least a 1/2" gap between slats and I can see out/in my window. How do I fix this?

i have an idea.Try doing it counterclockwise while pressing the little strings that are on both sides on the fold thingies or whatever they are.You know them.The ones that keep the blinds from falling apart.Do it as further as you can and then hold the strings,lift them up a bit and press whilst tilting the wand thingy.Then go further down until you are done.Hope it helps.

I have that same problem and I changed the wheel thingy inside. It's annoying because I replaced it because the old one took forever to close🤦

My cordless lift and lock horizontal blinds aren't lifting. I've tried to pull the blinds allll the way down to make it go up again but it only goes up about an inch or two and then it just stops working. How do I fix this problem?

Hi Kala, With cordless blinds like the Lift and Lock, it's most likely a problem with the internal motors causing it to not raise up. Best to contact a professional repair company.

I changed the wand wheel thing and they take forever to close and don't close all the way. Why is that?
