the problem is the battery. change it to a new one. it helped me. phone stopped rebooting. I bet most people who have this problem can use their phones while connected to the charger. as soon as you unplug it, even though the battery is 100% charged, the phone immediately starts rebooting as soon as you start using it. I hope what I wrote clears up the problem and helps.

Check battery first. remove battery from phone and charge 10-15 min directly. reconnect battery. Hope it will work .

I have the same problem but went I turn it on after a while it's turn off again and did not open same if I plug in the charger the charge logo did not shown do you know what's the problem? It's nova 7i

I have the same problem , but when i go to the boot menu and choose one of the options(i choosed every one of them )it restarts again nothing happened , the same problem loop again and again , do you know whats the reason behind it ? If i buy new battery would it be solved or its a software problem ?

The Problem is that My phone turns on But it Doenst turn on my Display the Display is on but dark and ist Show Green sometimes

My p20 pro always reboot then it takes time to open even on 90 percent charge, huawei did not know what it cause, if it is apple there will have a recall but since it is chinese, they will never recall this, there are many huawei user with such problem.

@@SMRITYCOMPUTER my problem fixed its self. I put it into a drawer and left it there for a day. I came back and went to turn it on and it came on like it usually would. So I think maybe a program on my phone crashed my phone and caused the issue.
