How to Fix Mi / Redmi Airdots Pairing and Connection Problem

Xiaomi Mi Airdots / Redmi Airdots is surprisingly a good TWS Bluetooth Earphones with affordable price.
But, it has some recurring problems. Most of the time are:
1) The left earphone is not connected to the right earphone, causing only sound from right side.
2) It doesn't want to pair with your phone after you take it out from its case.
Fortunately, both problems can be solved easily by resetting the earphones.
