commands in used
sfc /scannow
Set-ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted
after typing above command type A and then execute below commands
Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.WindowsStore | Remove-AppxPackage
Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers Microsoft.WindowsStore* | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}
This vidoe can be applied on windows 10/11 and all manufacturing like HP , DELL, LENOVO , SAMSUNG , ACCER, ETC.

Для тех у кого пиратка, проверьте не стоит ли у вас утилита блокировки обновлений (обычно она в пуске - все программы - Обновление Windows выключить или включить). Эта утилита блокирует доступ к серверам обновления, из за этого стор и другие приложения не могут соединиться к серверам. Смотрите полное описание к сборке в теме с раздачей.

@@HowToFixTech I appreciate your help, but imagine reinstalling an operating system because a system app-I repeat, a system app that comes as a preinstalled package-refuses to open. This is obnoxious. I sincerely hope there will be a community-driven alternative platform in the near future. Microsoft software development team never ceases to disappoint.
