I updated to samsung UI 6.1 my wifi and hotspot stopped working. Ive even tried factory reset but nothing worked. Any suggestions ?

I'm currently at the Verizon store, now. According to Verizon, and according to Samsung Tech Support, they don't let you use your phone as a mobile hotspot anymore. Samsung tried to sell me a new phone, Verizon tried to sell me a Jetpack! Well, that's a big, fat "Screw You!" from these greedy corporations!

POS phone, such a critical part, not buying samsung ever again, not worth paying a premium for a phone that works better than those other cheap phones when even redmis are more reliable
