Thank you for this. I've spent 5 hours searching and trying everything. I've had to stay up until 1am to get this fix sorted as my clients are waiting on information i needed to up load. This worked first time. NOTE for others. what ever you've tried to upload after the lock on processing files make sure you have that saved to your pc before deleting onedrive or you'll lose it in the sync. Thanks again

Unfortunately, I did exactly these steps before seeing this video, and OneDrive is still stuck processing 44 changes. It's not accurate to say that this approach 100% WORKS!

I am not able to access my one drive account i can login to account but don't see anything on drive as it keep show 'Refresh failed please check you are connected to a WiFi or mobile network' while my internet is properly working. please help me .

I unlinked one drive and removed the app from my local storage but at 3.48 of the video my cloud has disappeared? Where do i go to reset my one drive if i dont have the cloud anymore?

Lets hope all files on the local machine were synced to Onedrive. Maybe check before just deleting.

With all the sync issues i am reading in the comments section, i think i will stay away from Onedrive for good. I had similar issues years ago... Seems Onedrive just cannot get things right.

Help me, when I try to login to OneDrive on my laptop, OneDrive will stay on "Loading" so my OneDrive isn't really signing in, it's just stuck there on loading, I've tried reinstalling it, yet the problem isn't fixed, if somebody know how to fix this please tell me in the replies section, because this problem is really annoying and I've tried looking on the internet, yet there is still no fix to this.

i tried your fix, but got stuck on one file that won't delete. I researched the file name and it appears to be a windows registry file on my C drive. Do you have any fixes on how to delete it? Thanks

I don't think you should have any registry files let alone any windows files in your onedrive cause that can affect it in some ways.

Try force closing it in the task manager then reopening it.

Didn't work at all. Went through this process and even used a new drive to sync to. Still stuck on processing changes 13,210. Wasted money on new storage too.

@@StephenPhillips Yes. This is the exact process that Microsoft support went through. The data was on a 256gb flash drive. I had 165gb of data. Inthen bought a 512gb flash drive and the same thing happened. I think I have now solved it. A recent windows update may have changed something as the old flash drive worked fine in exFAT format. The new drive was exFAT and had the same issues. I reformatted the new drive to NTFS and ensure that the permissions were set to read write for everyone and and then relinked the account. It's now downloading happily.
