Didn't work, when I go to custom and select my wifi it just keeps taking me to password then after I put it in it says "cannot connect to the Wi-Fi network within the time limit"

Yo im trying to connect my hotspot. It worked for like a week but now it's not working, I reset my ps4 and did the whole rebuild database, restart my phone and everything. It keeps saying I obtain ip adress successfully buy internet connection failed.
