After replacing the 2032 Battery I used an external keyboard to get through the RTC set & this worked for me...

where is the rtc battery?

@@pontinhakt unscrew the little door on the bottom. You'll find it attached to the motherboard with a small connector.

Solution is to open up laptop to replace the rtc battery, then attach usb keyboard. Upon startup, laptop keyboard doesn't work. But usb keyboard will work and F2 takes you to bios.

laptop keyboard does not work. You need to attach usb keyboard, boot up and then press F2 on the usb keyboard

its easy , if windows 10 is on just change date time and in advanced just change AHCI to COMPATIBLE. and its ok, the probleme is batterie CR2025 old.
