WHATS THE NAME OF THE IC YOU REMOVED AND REPLACED

I have a S9+. After accidentally got water damaged, the first thing that happened was the power button turned on and off uncontrollably, and then it stopped and the power button wasn't working at all . Now my phone is off (after battery depleted normally), I cannot turn it on even though I already charged the battery 100% full. My question is, is that because the motherboard damaged or just the power button? since the phone was working normally before I couldn't turn on my phone since the power button isn't working. any information and advice would really help. Thanks

As a replacement IC chip, can I use any IC chip from any phone, or do I have to use the one from the same phone?

It actually looks like you put that chip in a slightly different motherboard then the one you took it out of.

Is all data erased during this process?

Don't use chinese version ever.Samsung chinese has bug that can't be fix when it is update .

I see several spots on my mother board where a resistor, diode, or something else could go, but I'm not sure if anything is missing at all. Is there a layout somewhere online to compare it to in order to determine if something is missing?

I switched on maximum battery saver mode and charge the phone for an overnight. In the morning discharge it. And used 5 minutes. Charge percentage was 98. I didn't switch off maximum battery saver mode. Suddenly screen went black. I thought phone switched off. I couldn't switch on. Some say it is Black screen of Death. What is the solution for this. ? Way way to technical for me! I have that exact purple s9plus that has the black screen of death. I have no idea why this happened. The looks and is like brand new even though its only a year old. Pathetic. Through my research its apparent these phones have the issue of the black screen of death. Samsung needs to repair this issue. Its B.S. this happens when they charge so much for the phone!! They lost a customer. Never ever will I buy a Samsung phone again. I have tried everything to get the phone to turn on. Nothing has worked. Total garbage!
