@@theskull8087 Well this is a clear indication of dust in your handsfree jack, Dust means "Carbon" You can clear it by using a small and narrow stick having petrol on the tip of it or another product to remove that dust or carbon but remember one thing first turn off your phone and if you care about your phone then you can consult a repairing geek. Thx bro this actually worked, i have stock android pie and there is not wipe cache option but reseting app preferences did the job, thanks. The problem with my phone was that the volume stayed in the middle and wouldn't increase or decrease and my wired earphones didn't connect and this trick fixed it. Again thx bro

Thank you! My sound wasn't lost completely, but it got so quiet that I could hear it only by bringing the sound hole close to my ear. With your direction I fixed it in less that a minute. I only cleared off cache on KZfaq and didn't even restarted a phone. Normal sound volume was restored!

@@ariansalamanes6531 clean out cache in the settings. Mine got working just fine after I followed instructions in this video. Strange how it works, but it works. Now I go there and empty it out once in a while, although I didn't have this problem again.

I have a solution to my friend's... 1. go to settings 2.find back up and reset 3.choose reset to factory settings 4.then choose reset system settings only. FYI don't choose the erase all data cuz it will delete all your files and data in your, just follow the steps I gave to you. Hope this steps work on you too😁

I couldn't hear sound from my Note 10 Lite speakers. What I did: went to "Settings", then "Device Care", clicked on "Optimize". This solved my issue. Hope it helps!

@@emalinu i had that yesterday, it worked it self out some how, and the sound was fine in the morming but now the phone speaker doesn't make any sound just silent, the funny thing is, in a call the sound is fine, but when you put it on speaker mode it gets silent again.

@@emalinu i have no idea how to fix that, mine was just silent, but maybe try cleaning the ports and it should work. for me personally, i just left it and it randomly started working again..

Whoever I play any audio the sound is overplayed by a lot of loud static

Sorry for Late reply. If the instructions in this video did not work for you then first, try clearing your headphone jack there must be some dust or carbon which cause switches your phone sound to headphone jack socket. Second, there must be some application that cause interruption in your sound or audio just go to application manager and find "audio effects" application and just force stop that application and try again hopefully that will worked for you.
