Thank you very much from Germany. Had the issue once before, couldn't get to the menu you showed because online it always said "Volume Down" not Volume Up button, so I brought it to repair shop and they charged me 60€. Now you helped me for free, have a Like and a comment XD

Thank you for you video buddy. My sister has a Tecno Spark 8c and she recently changed her pattern and forgot it and I tried different methods to get into Fastboot (Volume up + power / volume down + power) the phone just keeps booting normally. Please help

I have a Tecno Spark 8c, it bootlooped and I can't do the hard reset. I've tried every way, using the volume + power keys, but it didn't work.😢

I managed to do the hard reset another way on my Tecno Spark 8c KG5K. I left the charger on the power source for about 15 minutes, (I left the cell phone off the charger). After 15 minutes had passed, I removed the charger from the power source and inserted the cable into the cell phone. Immediately afterwards, I used the On/Off + Volume Down keys for about 4 seconds. When the "tecno" logo appeared, I released the on/off key and left the volume down key pressed. After that, the recovery menu appeared. I hope this miracle helps other people who are experiencing bootloop problems.
