How to Fix the Invalid SSL Certificate and Error -105 (Steam - 2022)

Hello Everybody! My name is Ross.
In today episode I will show you how to fix the Invalid SSL Certificate and Error -105. I hope you will like it.
Simple guide for people with no patience : Start(Windows logo) - type run - open run - type ncpa.cpl and open it -- locate the Ethernet and right click on it -- click on proprieties -- click on the internet protocol version 4 and click on proprieties again -- change the obtain DNS server address automatically and change it to use the following DNS server address and type this in the two filed -- 8888 and 8844 click ok and close it -- open steam or close and reopen it and you should be good to go.

@@katherwind730 Welcome! I think the steam web server it's retarded. An SSL certificate is a type of digital certificate that provides authentication for a website and enables an encrypted connection. Basically that SSL it's a form of security and the steam server fails to authenticated that from your home network, by porting to a public dns in our case google the steam ass server will take our connection as secured.

Hey, I don't know to be honest. That fully fixed it for me. If you are still facing some issues with the SSL, I'd advise to try to look the exact issue you get now and see if is something different.
