First solution worked, I had a previous version installed and this cleared it right away. Thank you!

I used OfficeUnistaller to do a complete removal of previous installations. Restarted and then proceeded to do Method 1 and restarted. Then the installation worked. 👍👍

Seems like I will have to follow method 3 to uninstall the damn thing, then find another source to reinstall Office entirely. So weird, my old copy always worked with english + spanish + portuguese, but it's refusing to install language packs all of the sudden. The registry thing worked. I had office 2021 LTD from my past company, then I uninstalled it ages ago, and at the new company they gave me the 365, and that weird error popped up. I new that was something related to left overs from the other office, but didn't know where to look at. THANKS!
