Hello I know the question I'm asking is not related to this video but i have a problem in my laptop. Window is not starting on my PC and when i use f11 to recovery mode it is not working and i tried on/off my laptop to open automatic repair option but it won't so please tell me what to do

None of these common solutions worked. Always the same error: "operation returned because the timeout period error". Everything woks OK , no problem with network, and time sync works OK on any virtual machine...

if nothing works, just use the ip address of your modem/router as timeserver.
