I'd just like to express my sincerest gratitiude, my cat had his paws on the buttons and enabled demo mode, have spent past few hours going through the menu again and again, before searching on youtube for suggestions how to turn it off again, none of them work then i stumbled across your video and your insrtuctions at 1.12 worked perfectly. I would have never had sussed it out had it not been for your video. Many thanks for a helpful video.

If I use the "Tools" button it brings up the demo mode on/off menu but switching it to off does not actually make it go off! Pressing "Info" on the remote brings up "Store Demo" on the screen with no indication of how to get it off and none of the other suggestions work. I hate this TV! Okay, so I contacted Samsung help online and through text messages they instructed me to hold the Exit button on my remote and that reset my TV to like new and turned it off and upon turning it on again I was able to select "Home" instead of Demo and now it looks great! Okay so now I love this TV!

Thank you so much! My cats somehow enabled the Demo mode when I left the TV on for their "entertainment". The TV remote is nowhere to be found and I couldn't for the life of me figure out how to fix it directly from the TV. I even did an online chat with Samsung but they couldn't help me either...but YOU DID!! Worked like a charm and now my cats are no longer banned from the TV 😅 because I know how to fix this now

OMG!!! I've been reading everything online and the demo mode option won't appear in my menu and the tools button wouldn't work either. I did it with the option "without remote control" and it worked perfectly!! Thanks a lot!!!

all I have is power, channel up/down. volume up/down and source. you one click to next option and no remote...samsung sucks for having this as a feature. If you're a similar boat as me forget that volume up crap, turn the tv on and then just press and hold the only button there is for 10 seconds, the screen will say standard at the top and it'll go away.
