last update 22.07.2021 i have this problem and i try all advices help support center send to me and nothing work i even uninstall and download again but nothing no media even voice. i dont know what to do ?? of any one have the same problem share. one week i am working with this problem but nothing help.

I'm no whizkid with tech but I too had the same problem and after I tried all the methods in this video, it didn't fix the problem for me either. I did however find a fix that worked for me. Try this. Go into your files folder tab. Open the WhatsApp folder and you will see lots of files. Using the three dots in the top right, turn on hidden files/folders. Open each folder and you are looking for a file called. nomedia, delete this. I delete all the nomedia in every folder. You may not need to delete this file in every folder but I did and I now have all my WhatsApp pictures in my gallery. I can now go into my gallery and save the pictures to the folders that I want them in. Hope this helps.

If your phone supports parallel whatsapp (2 whatsapp account on single device). Try logging in over there might help.
