1: Press and hold the on/off button for 30 seconds and then force the power off.
When Garmin computer power off:
2: Press and hold the two buttons on the bottom of the meter at the same time
3: Keep hold power , turn on the computer, at first you will see Garmin logo, then a white screen appears.
4: The white screen appears, then release the buttons.
