Eat real food Believe me when i used to use 10 skin care product my face was like shit And now 2 month before i decided to stop eating shit and garbage amd joined the gym And started eating good nutrutios food I dont even use a moisturizer and a soap today and my skin quality is on peak , no one in my family , class can beat me in glow of skin Start eating real food and gym , and avoid every gay care routine

I also had this problem from 8th standard and find out that 1.eating more salt in food or adding extra salt in our plate does it 2. Not exercising because if we do good exercise then all nutrients from our food helps in growth and improvement in all parts of our body
