Instead of pressing power off and on button continuously there's one more way, go to your sign in page ( dont click sign in option) press and hold shift then go to bottom right corner and press main button then press restart ..... Now you will be directed to the same troubleshooting page as seen in 4:19 . This method is recommended as continous off and on can effect your processor. 🙂

Easier way to do it. Press ctrl + alt + delete. Select restart while pressing shift, don’t leave shift until you get the screen where you get the troubleshoot option. And the rest is the same as he says

Great.. Its working... But don't turn off forcefully, at the stage of Sign in or windows password screen, just press shift and then click on restart while holding the ahift button until the recovery screen appeared. The mathod works for Win 10 & 11.

I had exactly the same issue, after an update, blinking/screen glitch. And I followed your steps but issue still occurs... However, I managed it in other way and now everything works :) For thoses who still in trouble , read me : 1/ Once in Blinking Screen deskop, on Keyboard , type "CtRl + alt + suppr and select Task Manager. 2/ On Task Manager under Application , right click on it and select "Open Path File" 3/ Scroll up to look for "cmd.exe" and right click on it, select "Run as administrator" 4/ Type "scan/scannow" it will repair and fix corrupt Windows files and Voilà :)

Dude after i boot up my laptop, it’s just a black screen with a few grey lines and sometimes some else red and orange lines come up, and when i try to click on uninstall latest quality update, it asks for me a bit locker key, i haven’t set up one, and to set up one i will have to go to the file manager and set up one, when the laptop itself can even load properly, what will it take me to file manager and let me set up a bit locker key, but there is an option to click on skip this drive, but after i click on skip this drive, nothing happens so please help me
