Second step worked for me. Thanks man. Just want to mention my series x couldn't find any wifi networks. It was working fine the other day then just stopped. Everything else I have can find network settings tho. My phone, laptop, TV. But 2nd stepped worked!

same, power went out and the series x wouldn’t show any wifi networks but the series s would, must just be some kind of glitch while updating in the middle of the night or in my case a power outage

Did first 3. Wouldn't work. Went to do your last suggestion, and now I can't do anything on my xbox because it still won't connect to the wifi to let me sign into my account. Thank you very much for making it to where I can't even play anything period.

I tired everything and it hasn’t worked? Even when I tried the alternate MAC address > clear > restart. It doesn’t restart when I click it. Do you think it could be my wifi card? Do I need to replace it?
