When you want to dribble through defenders, while looking at the ball, be aware of where the defenders are and anticipate the time they will put their leg in. Once they do that, a quick change of direction.

It’s the brain fellas. You can work on it and this and that but at the end of the day your brain is feeding the information to your body, it’s what coordinates it. Work on staying pliable and strong, pliable being the most important. This will allow your brain to fire orders to your body without being restricted. Then it’s about wiring the body to do actions and repetition which is the procedural memory. This is the memory that remembers how to do actions like riding a bike for example. It’s the same thing here, it remembers how strong to do a kick, how to do a pass, how shoot etc. To add to this while growing up your brain is connecting these wiring so that’s why perfecting these movements etc at a younger age benefit you at a later age because you now have the movements fine tuned. Now it is about strengthening your body to withstand game intensity and endurance etc.

I have the exact problems you mentioned in the video above. My question about the 2 first problems mentioned in the video (the lazy foot and kicking) are on tackling them. How would I get started? Are there specific exercises or is it something that i learn through practice? A comment earlier mentioned about making a video of being fully tekky, and if you could plz guidance/tips for both the lazy foot and kicking leg for the video,I would really appreciate it. I think I understand on what to do it’s just that I would like more clarity. Thank you!!

The importance of your standing leg cannot be OVERSTATED, not understated. It can't be overstated because you can't speak too highly of its importance. Think about what you are saying. Literally spend 10 seconds thinking about what the words mean when you add them all up.
@perc30...11 күн бұрын
'cannot be understated' is ambiguous and obviously still gets the message across within the context of the video you needy dork lmao. stop trying so hard, you're embarrassing yourself.
