bro, do you think going from flare to handstand at the beginning is a good way to get strength in the flare? Do you think that can help me to do the second round of the flare? I await your answer :0

Hey! I recommend learning multiple Flares first, then learning Flare to Handstands :) to improve multiple rounds you can try: Flare-Turtle Freeze-Flare and Flare-Helicopter-Flare :)
