In my case, while flashing, it generates a msg " FAILED: remote unlock device to use this command" and also at the end when rebooting it does not show a msg like "android is upgrading" it simply starts normally. what should I do??

YES, You're right. But when i run minimal adb and fastboot and execute this command "fastboot -i 0x2A96 oem unlock" then it prompts me a msg like warning: unlock will wipe all user data, press volume up key to confirm. and when i confirm it. it says... (BOOTLOADER) OEM UNLOCK CANCELLED.. So, how to unlock? and hey, thank you for your reply.

+Anil Vishwakarma cross check whether your pressing the right key?.. And Try pressing different keys ..normaly it should work with the volume up key..

@@TechWizCraft I thinnk this only works in Win 7 not in Win 10, my win 10 didn't accept the drivers. I had to uninstall them.

Adb Drivers are not installed properly that's the problem.. Just search adb driver + your device name in Google..

Check adb drivers ...and if adb drivers are OK.. Then unlock bootloader and try again.
