a tips from me when turning concorde onto the runway: keep rolling straight until you cant see the runway surface anymore, then make a 90 degrees sharp turn. its that simple. also, keep your throttle to 2-3 percent as its literally rocket engines on your back. this is because Concorde have ita nose gear far away from the cockpit

Tips from me: When landing in first person,a good thing to do is before u take off,look at your altitude meter.(it’s different for different types of aircraft).And Now You Need to just memorize that number.and now when your landing you know when u will touch the ground and know when to pitch(or just look at Papi lights). And for when pushing back,one problem is that you don’t know when to turn,so when pushing back make sure to look at the yellow line and try to memorise how much of the line u can see when u turn and get it right.this can take a couple of tries but the memorising part is very easy. When taking off,most people tend to pitch way too much upwards,so just keep on practicing while maybe having a friend or someone spectating your takeoff and they’ll tell you if ur pitching too high or low.if they say one of them,then try doing a bit less of that direction of pitching,and just keep on taking off again and again until they say that you got a perfect takeoff.but while doing this,make sure to pay attention to your pitch so that you can memorise it and do consistent perfect takeoffs. This improved my first person in ptfs as well as mfs2020 and xplane 11 made life kinda better for me

I prefer 3rd person landing because i can look at it, I usually Put my camera under my plane Wheels, and then land with the backwheels first then lower the front, it's really easy to butter that way aswell and looks cool cause you can also feel it

To flare you have to reverse thrust when you hit the ground while keeping the yoke at the maintained height until it touches the ground

The interesting thing when landing in first person, is that you'll have to keep higher speed than normal for certain aircraft. Because some aircraft at low speed bring the nose up and you won't be able to see the runway. A few I can think of it the MD90, B777 and Cirrus Jet.

and while landing use PAPI lights how to use them: Above the designed glide slope for the runway, the pilot will see more white lights than red. For this reason, they can recognise that they are flying too high for the runway approach. Below the glide slope will instead show more red lights than white. so if you got 2 red and 2 white lights you are on good level and i am gonna tell you again the lights are at the side of the runway at the beginning of the runway.

Idk why but I just started off with first person flying and now I have been flying in first person for over 3 and a half thousand minutes and now I find third person hard lol

Personally I prefer using advanced mode when in first person, especially on smaller aircraft and fighter jets.

Hey Swiss, you can actually turn without losing altitude in advanced mode, you tilt your wing where you wanna go, then use the rudder of that direction and at the same time pull up and tilt to the right smoothly. Tho you need prescision or whatever it is, I also wanna ask how do you use normal mode? For me its very janky so I always use Advanced mode

In first person, you feel like a real pilot, because irl you cannot like just extend ur view to see the entire plane. That way you train for real. Btw I alr knew how to fly in fp, but not like taxiing and stuff.

Mind if I give a little tip? Ok so when on long approach keep your nose down. When coming in for approach keep it level but make sure your still coming down. Just before touch down lift your nose a little bit and then you have a butter.
