Motivational at a higher level. All of three points that are, to remember your goal before starting studying, second- stay away from phone that is the biggest distraction in our life is depriving us from the study and family and third - to think,if you are not succeed, can you bear it , are the best for applying in our life but having thought about third point, I am feeling more anxious about my study that will compel to anyone doing their best. I must apply all of these points in my life so that I can't distract from my goal because I don't want to regret in my life thinking about those moments I have wasted in my temporarily enjoyment. Thank you for telling me such effective points 🙏🙏

Yes I agree with you asking in everyone is not good, you loose your confidence. You should think about your own life and talk to those whom you feel better. When you think you can do then no one can stop you. Keep your confidence high, learn from everyone but use own's talent.
