You can also make the harder ones by bringing two opposite corners together, pinch the middles of the two short sides of the triangle together, then push your fingers towards eachother in a straight line. Its pretty much just origami with food, very enjoyable to make.

My Singaporean Grandma (called her Nana) always made her wontons in triangles. I used to love BBQ's at my Grandpa's house... he would grill us some steaks and Nana would make us fried rice, egg rolls, and wontons. Then for desert she would bring my Grandfather and I a huge bowl of diced up fruit and toothpicks to eat it with. Good memories.

After working at my aunts for many years I found a way that works better for me and it’s by placing your middle fingers and thumbs under the corners, placing your pointer fingers on top and in center, bring your fingers together (still with middle fingers and thumbs under and pointer finger above), move your fingers together (in their fixed potions), move your pointer fingers out of the way, and finally squeeze your middle fingers and thumbs together to seal the center. This is a method that works very well for me and takes literally less than a second with some practice. It’s simpler than it may seem trust me Edit: I just timed myself, I took me 0.72 seconds to fold one up
