I have found the best way to deliver free consultations is to do a a two-step process. The first step is discover. The second step is proposal.
Discovery. The first conversation focuses on discovery. They have already seen your content so you can focus more on their challenges as they understand them. Ask how they see their problem and what they believe the solution is. If you listen well enough, they might even provide some insight on why they believe you are the right person to help them.
They may also have some nuanced needs that are important to hear. Simply create an opportunity for them to tell you all of what they have to say about their particular situation.
Proposal. In the second conversation you are going to offer them your packaged solution. First, acknowledge what they’ve told you and the specifics of their situation. Second, present them with your packaged solution. It’s simply a matter of if they are ready to make the purchase. Make it easy for them to decide and keep the interaction low pressure.

Q:: What do you say or do when a potential client is adamant about asking you prices within the first 10-15 mins of the 1st call ? Do you reiterate that "This call is more about you and your needs, we can discuss that once you feel as though this could be the right fit for your current situation." or do you always push for the second call regardless if they are price hunting or seem semi-ready to move forward within the initial conversation asking about individual services verses a packaged campaign... (Hope that makes sense)

1 - You should do a better job of setting your client's expectations before the call. 2 - If you've set expectations and the client is forcing their will (about price or whatever else) then you should politely close out the call. It isn't going to be a good conversation for either party.

Great presentation and love your energy. Question - when you make the final ask of - are you ready to begin today? - if they say yes, is that when you send them an email with your pay rates and contract? What’s the process you take for sharing costs/fees with the client. Thanks!!

When the client says yes.....1) take payment 2) start work immediately. There is no need to introduce any additional process.
