Actually, if you think about it, this method can be applied to anything that you want to do, not just learning.

@@insightsamuel By applying the same 5 minute rule. For example, I want to be more healthy. Yeah, how? You will be more specific about what you will do to achieve that goal, for example, I want to stop smoking, I want to stop eating a lot of sugar, I want to sleep early and so on.

What if you also specified a good outcome or quality in addition to what you wanted to learn? For example instead of just "I want to learn to do the 360" you said "I want to learn to do the 360 well/with ease/stylishly/better than the #1 skater in the world"?

Yes, the more clear and specific you can be with the outcome you want the better. You can even go further and ask what would doing a 360 stylishly look like, and try to articulate that. Keep going!

I think this type of thinking puts you into flow state when doing the work so you learn faster when you do this. Thanks i knew it but you opened a different angle of the flow state concept.
