Hi, I'm Kenny 👋
I specialize in helping you heal from emotional hurt, codependency, and the pain from your past so you can elevate your life by helping you get comfortable with feeling uncomfortable.
I am an advocate for truth and healing. So naturally, therefore, my emotional mastery method might initially feel a bit rough. But, when you start finding answers to the questions you ask yourself (even those you're afraid of), break free from self-destructing behaviors, and begin loving yourself and living your best life, you will feel powerful and empowered.
To calm the chaos within and take charge of our lives, we must process our problems. The best way to overcome them and heal is to face our fears and uncover hard truths. Therefore, I provide the space and the information necessary to openly communicate and discover how to honestly, authentically, and logically process your emotions without fear. In short, I allow you to feel safe in my small part of the world until you can feel safe within yourself.
Sometimes when we look for answers to the most challenging questions, our greatest fears are realized. But, then, when we learn the truth communicated with the possible solutions, we often find an outcome better than we dared to dream.
If you have looked everywhere, are desperate for a solution, and you're ready to stop being held hostage by your emotional misery, your journey to emotional mastery starts here.
It's the secret to finding yourself!

Event the walls are purple! Love it! I have the same exact issues as this woman. My mom wasn't an alcoholic but she was neglectful because she had me at 16. She still wanted to live life. She never chose me and always chose having fun and men over me. I picked a man that doesn't choose me and seems he's always keeping his options open. Avoidant and non-committal. In therapy (I'm at the very beginning of EMDR therapy - evaluation stage and not actually doing it yet), I told my therapist 'He's my mom...' Imagine my shock when that was stated here! Wow.

This was so profound and eye opening! Especially the part where you confronted her with the idea that it was NOT HER JOB to be raising her siblings and taking care of her mother! I personally have suffered with this for years and find myself begging my mom to do the right thing for once only to be exhausted. I'm over it! It's time for me to take responsibility for my own codependency! That's the first time I've ever heard someone honestly narrate this situation that way.

This is very very deep I used to be a contractor and worked with many other contractors and the most important part of building was it what was above ground what what was beneath if the house was beautiful and the foundation was not structurally sound all of that evidently would show up when the house settled well Kenny this is awesome

I feel so humbled by this session. I have been in an on and of relationship with a narcissist. It has been a long time when I finished it, but I still can't get over it. Im so proud of Michelle, her willingness to work on her issues brings tears to my eyes. I've got to do something about it ...

Dear Kenny Weiss, I did not understand the last part, of how he was a proxy and she needed to teach herself to be safe, reliable. Saw five times but it still bouncing above my head. Is it something like she chose to be with a man who could stay away from her for her to feel safe most of the time. But she did not calculate the downside/cons of him when he was around and not helpful. And her expectations did not meet in between as to how it should be in an ideal marriage and hence the divorce. So no one is a victim, but everyone is trying to protect something and making decisions based out of that, and do not see the downside early enough.

This was very eye opening. I was crying during the intro. I’m reading your book now. This is my 3rd round of tackling codependency. Though the 2nd one was a bit lackluster and perhaps even undid some of the positive work from before 😂 so maybe 2.5th try. But I think now I’m finally starting to understand it on a deeper level. It’s starting to sink into my body. I’m seeing the bigger picture, the effects in more areas of my life, I feel how it operates inside me, where the switches are. The first time I thought I understood it and made important changes but it was still just on a knowledge/information basis in my brain. So as time went on I didn’t notice how those patterns crept back in but disguised as something else. I was sure I had learned my lesson and so doubled down insisting I wasn’t repeating those same mistakes. Little did I know… With some more experience and more evidence, and more research (including your work) I can hopefully start to make real lasting changes. Thank you!

From what I’ve heard, that has to do with the type of content I produce. Our society does not like to admit or talk about these deeper topics and therefore people are hesitant to admit that they struggle with these things because they would be shamed instead of accepted.
