Thank you for using a big hook and yarn... makes it so much easier to see what is being done! Great tutorial!!!

June Carscadden, I was thinking the same thing after I watched this tutorial 5 month after you did. It's timeless help that is easy to see. 👍🏼

Agreed! I’ve been crocheting for years and always need a reminder on front and back post 😅 this one is so quick and easy to see

I love that this video is short, and you still demonstrated the stitches several times with a large hook and bulky yarn! I don’t have to watch any other videos because yours is all I need. Thank you!! ❤️

Thanks so much for posting this. Even with video tutorials, I often find it difficult to follow patterns unless I'm already familiar with a stitch due to speed, color of yarn and clarity of video.

What clear and understandable instructions! In the past, I have tried numerous times to do these stitches and have failed. Thanks to you, I finally get it! Thank you!

Making fingerless gloves right now and I had both of these stitches in the pattern, this video got straight to the point and it was super clear. I didn't have any trouble understanding the stitches, the verbal explanation helped too! Thanks for showing us 🥰

Thank you for using a big hook and yarn! And a HUGE thank you for the verbal explanation of what you are doing. The length of the video is perfect...just enough to understand and not drag on and on. Thank you so much!

Thanks for the tutorial! Very helpful. Written crochet directions baffle me, so I always appreciate being able to see stitches presented clearly. :)

I, too, appreciate this tutorial, for its directness and efficiency, as well as your simple yet thorough technique. I have crocheted most of my life - nearly 50 years now - but hated these stitches because they always confounded me. I just wasn't taking the time to learn them, because I rarely run into them. I finally decided to get serious about them & found your tutorial. At first when I tried the bpdc along with you, I thought, surely it isn't supposed to look like this, but yours did, too, so yes, it does LOL. Thanks again, I'll be saving this so I can refer back to it jic I forget!

Just ran into this old video. But I love the fact you use big hooks and yarn. Though I know this stitch been using it for many years. Being I have croched for over 50 years. But I love it when someone does video for old eyes like mine. Thank you.
