Thank you so much! I have been trying for so long and I see your video and It worked. I was debating if this worked but it did. So for those debating if this works, yes it does just follow the directions 1)gently turn the key in the ignition back and forth 2) turn the steering wheel and after some 30 seconds it should work

hey thanks for the help, i have a 99 mustang and i just finished washing it and i pulled it into my garage to do the inside and while i was cleaning the inside and i accidentally turned my steering wheel and i wasnt able to turn the key and i got freaked out but this fixed it, thanks again.

those steering locking system make many people stranded . thankfully they are simple to remedy and the bettered part is not expensive . I have a do it yourself on it over at my channel also .
