This video just became my new saving grace… For the past couple years I’ve been having so many issues with my computer. I’ve been wondering why I’ve been having so many issues with storage despite constantly uninstalling and monitoring the storage usage of everything I used, but as a person with little computer skills I didn’t know what to look for. Now I do and this video made it seem so easy. I went from nearly all of my drives being completely filled to all of them now having an abundance of space. Computer runs so much faster now. this video was super helpful and I used it not too long ago to install a pretty large game. It helped me so much and I gotta admit i really doubted it would work at first. Today I decided I would watch this video again as I was super low on disk space and literally had like 400 mb of space left 💀. When I did that disk C size:gigantic cleap up I literally freed up like 100GB 😅😲 Turns out if you are using adobe premiere pro there are a looot of files stores there that are no longer needed, wow. Now will know how to always clean up so much space and finally know why it was filled 😄

Thank you so much! Subbed! When I first started, my Local C disk was at 3.40 GB free of 440 (laptop) I started by emptying my recycle bin, which alone brought it to 5.44 GB. After deleting the items in the %temp % my Local C is now at 143 GB free space; the first step alone! I'm just ecstatic that it's back in blue, and I'm noticing my PC is running a lot smoother now, too. Thank you!! I'm more than likely going to go in and delete other things later, but just to see it back in the blue is already SO satisfying. That was years of unnecessary stuff, vanquished! lol! It works folks, and like he said, the items in your temp folder aren't even things you actually need, so don't be afraid to do it. Your computer will thank you for it later! If you're afraid to do anything else in the video, at least do that first step, and you'll free up a lot of space. Okay, thanks again, man! I appreciate it!

Summary: 1- Close ALL apps 2- run: %temp% --> delete all in Tmp folder. if asked for permission --> skip for all 3- run: prefetch --> delete all in Prefetch folder. if asked for permission --> skip for all 4- C drive: r-click, properties, disk clean-up, pop-up appears, check all, click clean-up, .... pop-up appears, check all, click ok to delete. 5- C drive: r-click, properties, check, scan ... 6- C drive: r-click, properties, optimize, or leave as scheduled by system. 7- (if you have spotify app): run: %appdata% --> local, packages, spotifymusci, localCache, spotify, data --> delete all 8- click of C Drive, in the search box --> type "size:gigantic" --> carefully check files that you don't need, delete. 9 - can repeat step-8 for "size:huge" for smaller size files 10- downloads folder: delete all 11- empty recycle bin

On one disk i got from 14gb to 68.3gb i had a lot of junk there and it was mainly for my files from programing (not 14gb but 13.8 but rounding is better). Hope you do more because its good and easy to understand, make more videos like that!
