Hi! Thanks for this video! I wanted to ask if it is required to provide a contract of the freelance work to get the AB permission? Or is it sufficient if this potential employer can write a letter outlining the activities and potential duration of employment? Thank you!!

Dear, thanks for the video. I just got my acceptance letter to do my Master in Germany. In my case I have my own company in Peru, therefore, I need to continue being the General Manager of my own company (with operation legally only in Peru) and received my salary as is established in my contract. Let me know if even in this case I need to apply for permission and if I will pay taxes as working in Germany. Does it counts as part of the permit hours for Master's students?. I require some help in order to start my process for the visa. Best regards.

If you reside in Germany, you have to pay taxes IN Germany for any kind of income you have anywhere in the world. So, it would be best to contact a tax consultant and discuss with them this situation.

I am working part-time for 19hours per week. Now, is it possible to do Freelancing in this scenario? The foreign office said to me that if something is mandatory in my course curriculum I can do it(such as a mandatory internship on top of 19hours/week) other than that nothing is allowed. As freelancing not typically have fixed working hours or time dedicated. Is it possible to do?

I have searched in Internet about it but could not figure out the actual process. I have a part-time “remote job” in Sweden but also I am currently studying Data Science in a German University. I think it doesn’t matter what you do once you get a PR. You could be a freelancer or self-employed, or even live indefinitely without working.

Hello, thanks for this wonderful video @bharat in Germany. I am a student and have a German student visa. In India, I own a company that deals with digital marketing. My question is if I find the projects or different work in the field of digital marketing in Germany like website design and development, eCommerce, etc., and if I hand over the project to an Indian company which I own ( I will act as a third party) and if they (customer) directly pay to my companies bank account. is it possible to do so? And if so what are the rules and regulations?

I’m thinking that paypal can detect this behaviour if you have the same name account? Afaik, you can only access your account according at your real location, eventho you use vpn they can still know your real ip address, not sure if you somehow sent the money to other people maybe family? And sent those money to your account in germany. Or you use other identities to store your money from the first place and sent it to your german account. Hmm why this feel like money laundering 😂
