After adding the water to the yam whilst frying,in about how many minutes should it fry again?

I normally sprinkle the water half way through frying and allow it fry until it's done. Thanks so much for watching!

@@capone9905 I figure 3-4mins after. Because in the video I heard her say something along the lines of having to sprinkle in the water "after 3mins" into the frying..
