A stable Thai table fare, fried pan fish with chili sauce, I am so glad I get the fish for free by catching them near my house, cannot go wrong with fresh caught fish and fry it up Thai style! Your presentation is definitely the way of chef, you spent some time in the kitchen, your food and skills show it. We just love the way you prepare Thai food so simple the way it was meant to be.
