I don’t know about other people but this is a skill I started perfecting in kindergarten…. Lol😂 I only recently learned this term for it 😮I just called it ‘cutting out pictures’ …. Not that your tips aren’t useful BTW I use my paper cutter to cut out those cut a parts in paper pads to make sure those lines are straight. If the corners are rounded I use a corner rounder. I’m so glad you mentioned those thick white borders on so many stickers!!! I usually cut them off 🤗 Also, I learned early on in my sewing career how to cut pointed & arrowed ribbons by folding them, so just transferred that technique to papercraft. Works very well!

I've done fussy cutting a bit in the past. This video is a game changer and I know I will be doing much more fussy cutting going forward. The tip that changed it the most for me...Tip the scissors blades to better see where I'm cutting. I was doing some cutting last night and that single change made it SO much easier and allowed me to feel much more in control.

Yes!! It makes a world of difference! I also find it puts far less stress on my wrist.

I’m just glad I learned the technical term for what happens to the paper if you cut all the way down the scissors…. You get a “schnip”😂
