This obviously isn't the only way to gain weight. You have rice and steak and plenty of other foods that you can eat in substitution. All this really was about is just eating when you're not full anymore if you think about it.This method is not for the people who think they can half ass it honestly. All you need is to get in a groove and take it head on, don't give up if you really want it!

Great video. Im 33 and a hardergainer.ive been working for 15 years and always eat like this to gain. I usually put on 40lbs in 30 days. My carbs are 1-1.5lbs of pasta every day and 1 pancake meal which consists of 200 carbs. I dont use syrup or sauce for the pasta. My protein is usually 8oz of ground turkey with every meal and 3 whole eggs mixed in my pancake batter and I have one 50g protein shake post workout with milk and 1 cup of rolled oats in my shake. Great video. Keep eating!

Damn wtf 40 pounds in a month 🤯. I thought I was going over board as I gained 40 in a year. How do your energy levels feel when doing that, I hear people get fatigued and feel sluggish when gaining a lot of weight fast like that.

For bulking I recommend putting peanut butter on pancakes. More protein and carbs + less empty sugar = gains.

I'm happy you posted this. I'm going into the USAF and might face getting removed from the delayed entry program for my weight. I'm 5'7 and 117lbs, they want me at least 121 and ideally 125. I tried gaining and lost more, i hope this helps!

Eat food dummy. Your small lol you don’t even have to eat that many calories to gain a lot of weight in just a couple weeks. If your a picky eater then just fucking dirty bulk

matthew morgan really just eat veggies, good carbs and complete proteins. But eat a lot and take a multivitamin. You’ll see you’re body get bigger for sure

Bob Rosser what he said except your small so you don’t have to eat as much at first. Your caloric surplus is a lot lower than someone who’s been training for a few years. Your caloric surplus is probably a couple thousand lower than what I for example might need.

Figure out your maintenance caloric intake and then add like 500 calories or until you start gaining like 1-1.5 pounds per week. You’ll put on size fast.

This was very close to my college diet (8-10 years ago). I will say though that I realized later that eating all that wheat made me uncomfortably full and no matter how much I worked out I still had a pop belly when I consume that much wheat, as I feel most people do as well. I feel rice and potatoes are healthier and doesn’t make me feel as bloated. But eating all that wheat will put some pounds on

I was struggling to make this pancake thing, but it didn't work for the third time when I added my protein powder. At the first two times it was only the pancake powder and water, and it went all smooth, the pancakes were nice and solid. The third time I added some protein powder as well, but they all started to loose solidity in the pan, to the way that I couldn't even flip them to the other side they went all sticky and slimy wtf, I think the problem is the protein powder maybe mine is not really good for cooking. Has anybody tried to make pancakes with protein powder? How do you make them?

Guess it's been working for me. I've gained 20 lbs since I watched this video about a month ago. I'm 6'3'' & usually walk around at 150. I just weighed myself & I'm at 170. I've been doing the pancakes. Burgers not chicken. I've got til April before I work again. Going to try to hit 200 lbs. Thanks!

I've been 120 lb for the past 7 years or so, possibly peeking at 125 a few times, but I need to hit 135 at minimum to enter the Coast Guard so hopefully this will help me get there.
