It's a clear thick double sided tape.

Love this look. Can you use the blooming gel with polish? Does it need to be cured, the blooming gel?

No not with regular polish, it's a gel and needs cured. You could probably do this technique with a regular base coat and your regular polish put would have to be fast.

the only reason it would smear would be because it's not cured. Make sure you are curing the gel its full recommended time before top coating. 😘

How do you apply the nail once it's all painted? Sorry, I'm new to this and live the idea of painting them off the hand first but can't find any info on what to use to put them on my actual nail afterward

With a tip that is fully painted like this you could glue the on like press-ons

It would work with regular but you would have to work extremely fast.
