Please how did you sign up for bing? Each time I get to the stage after putting my date of birth,it will bring out where to put my phone number for verification and it will tell me that my usage limit is exceeded , that I should try again tomorrow.

Good day my tutor.I always understand your teachings very well.My problem with bing is succeeding in signing up.I don't know if there's something I am not doing right.Each time I finished putting my date, month and year of birth, instead of the page of captcha,it will show me a page where I will put my phone number for verification which is not in the sign up process all the tutors are showing in KZfaq.Please can you tell me what the problem is?
