Hi Jun! Been following you for a while now and I just wanted to tell you that finding you has made some of the biggest changes in my life. I started taking your advice because I wanted to allocate more time for my partner, family, and my life outside of studying and I cannot thank you enough for all the progress that I made. You have improved my life so much (mentally, physically, and spiritually), and I do not think there will be words good enough to thank you. I know you are going through a hard time now. I pray for you and wish you all the best. May your strengths be bigger than your losses. Lots of love and peace!

Jun, thank you very much for all that you do 🙏🏻💕 I was so close to giving it all up, and finding your channel literally hit me like a thunderbolt 😭 like i was actually looking for a push, a source of motivation and you came just in time 😄. You literally saved the day 🤌🏻✨ especially that one video of yours having that "10 years of pain and 60 years of freedom." is literally something that I've been trying to live by. You don't know how much you're helping people who are feeling lost in thier lives (including me). Again thank you very very much 🙏🏻🌷💟

Hi! Your content is really powerful. It's hard to implemet in real-life, as some techniques require lots of time to become habits. However, it's the mindset that I appreciate the most. I don't fear of circumstances anymore and I know if I work appropriately I will get what I want. 3 wins rule is what helps me to stay consistent with my daily workouts, praying and reflecting on myself also consistently studying and preparing for university exams. Glad, I've found you before entering uni, following you will help me to become one of the best professionals in my field. Sending love ❤

Thank you so much for the video!❤ Your mindset is very inspiring. It's so heartwarming to see you prioritizing helping other people instead of gatekeeping the ways to live a more fulfilling life! What I take away from this video is... - Everything seems impossible until you start learning about it ✨ - stop caring about what others tell you to care about B) - learning is the bridge between your life now and the life you want 📚 One thing remains a bit unclear to me though, maybe I missed the point aha. But you mention a lot of times obsessing over the wrong things so I was a bit confused about what you meant by that 😅. What would be the "right things to obsess about"? I am sure that varies from person to person but maybe there are some ideas 🥰

First of all, I can't thank you enough. You helped me so much. I am still nice and kind cuz of you tbh. Plus I had a question; what are your thoughts on crying? I personally encourage others to cry and let it out as "crying is not a weakness" but when it comes to myself, I can't help but feel frustrated on how I ended up crying. Especially Infront of someone after I bottle up for too long.

I have been good in academics since the very beginning but nowadays in this last school year of mine, i feel really demotivated towards study maybe because of the stream of subject I had chosen for these last two years is entirely different from what aim I am preparing for. yes, a revision timetable can be achieved both prospectively and retrospectively. i would do a mix of both. at the start of your term, plan out your revisions for the topics as laid out in your syllabi while considering spaced repetition, interleaving, and of course breaks. then, as the term progresses, revise your timetable to allocate more time for your weaknesses!

Hi! I think it's better not to waste a huge amount of time on searching strategies, as at the end, you will need to find what's best for you and works for you and no one can just efortlessly point out the best way ans guarantee a good grade. So it's better to identify your weaknesses and then take measures to adress them. I know u didn't ask me, but hope this helps

this is really hard to answer without having proper context on your situation (aka where are your weaknesses, which topics are you covering, what does your daily schedule look like, what resources are available to you, etc.). all i can say is that if you need help with revision, try to utilize more active recall techniques instead of passive ones. consider creating a timetable with spaced repetition and interleaving to make the most out of your final 23 days. make sure to spend more time on your weaknesses than your strengths!
